I began my podcast journey dedicated to creating a way of life for the long run. Across 250 episodes, the podcast evolved from focusing on running and nutrition to promoting a holistic, healthy lifestyle physically, mentally, and emotionally.
The show features informative interviews with experts in medicine, best-selling authors, elite athletes, everyday runners, and more. It’s a place to go for education, inspiration, and fun—all while encouraging a life of movement.
