Are you ready to flourish?

Hi there! I’m Kari, and I work with professional women (and a few smart men) impacted by ADHD who have a deep desire to flourish and live life fully.

The challenges I see women with ADHD facing most often include:

  • despite always being on the go and helping others—you don't think you're doing enough

  • It feels like things are constantly missing, or slipping, and that you haven't achieved your potential yet.

  • You keep pushing and attempting to do more, meanwhile, you’re feeling drained on the inside

  • The more responsibility life asks you to take on, the more overwhelmed or muddled life tends to feel.

Together, we can explore the specific ways that ADHD impacts you and bring clarity to the basics of your day-to-day life so you feel empowered again.

Those of us in the crew with ADHD are often so focused on helping others we end up inadvertently masking our unique strengths and feeling lonely and misunderstood.

We’re not used to asking for help, so the result is that we often struggle alone.

There’s a better way.

Working together, we can…

…identify your talents, strengths, and values. We figure out what interests you and what matters the most. We look at the habits that are working for you and the ones that aren’t. Then we refine your approach to managing the complexities of life. Working together, I can set you on the path to making your talents, strengths, and values the central elements of your life.

If you’re impacted by ADHD, leveraging your character strengths allows you to play the ADHD game proactivelywhether that’s in supporting a loved one with symptoms or yourself. You’ll balance your energy and develop a new perspective on what makes you uniquely you. You’ll learn tools to be able to respond, instead of react, to life around you. Once the foundation is established—you will feel more empowered to make shifts that head you in the direction you crave.

Regardless of whether you’re impacted by ADHD, you might:

  • Feel shame around things that are hard for you—and believe everyone else has it figured out already

  • Relive mistakes you’ve made in the past and struggle to look past them—preventing you from planning for the future optimistically

  • Experience low self-esteem or self-worth—you’re more wired for negative thought patterns than a neurotypical person

Imagine what it would be like to create healthier habits, have more meaningful relationships, and live life with meaning. This video is a quick peek at my journey to diagnosis and healing.

"When started to believe that I could indeed make a documentary and through coaching, I made consistent progress.

Before working with Kari I believed that my documentary would be just another 80% met goal. Because of this, I chose to work with people who believed in me and took consistent action to reach my goal.

I have increased my confidence and my documentary will be released in 2022."

“I learned more in 10-min chatting with you than in 10-hours scrolling the internet.

I thought I understood a fair bit about ADHD and how it might be impacting me. But after our conversation, I realized how much more there was I could be doing for myself, and those in my immediate circle—without being hard on myself.

I walked away with a ton of clarity, the next steps to implement, and fun experiments to run with my daily habits. Thank you!”
